Write a user script to change the font color to red and font face to bold

Here are steps to do so:

Create an account on Wikipedia (if you haven't done already)
Create a subpage of your user page and name it as common.css: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:MyPage/common.css
Write a custom stylesheet (Cascading Style Sheets - CSS) to change the font color on the whole page to red and make the font-face bold
