de-conflict the 'make a suggestion' interface in html-tools
There has been much demand for html-tools to support an interface for users making suggestions regarding e.g. incorrect translations (c.f. Google translate). An interface was designed for this purpose. However, since it has been a while since anyone touched it, the code now conflicts with the current master branch. This task requires de-conflicting this branch with master and providing screenshot/video(s) of the interface to show that it functions. More information is available in the issue tracker (#74 ) and asynchronous discussion should occur there.
