Phrasebooks and frequency
Apertium is quite terrible in general with phrasebook style sentences in most languages. Try translating 'what's up' from English to Spanish. The objective of this task is to look for phrasebook/filler type sentences/utterances in parallel corpora of film subtitles and on the internet and order them by frequency/generality. Frequency is the amount of times you see the utterance, generality is in how many different places you see it.
